Mr. Savonen has presented, in the Helsinki Municipal Court, his third party opinion evaluating the analyzing procedures of commercial banks in the major case of Insolvency in Finland, the Eka Co-Operative. The Eka Co-Operative was among the four (4) largest companies in Finland.

Working Experience

Before starting the present operations in 1991, Mr. Savonen was employed in Investment Banking, in Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital related projects.

Earlier he was employed in Finnish and US based Management Consulting projects preparing Qualitative Corporate Analyses and developing clients' Business Plans and Corporate Business Concepts as well as in sales and marketing training projects.

Further, in early 1980', Mr. Savonen had great success in the sales and marketing projects of Nokia Corporation's and General Electric's international EDP services (MARK III -services).
