Over 20 years' (1985 - 2004) experience of Financial and Qualitative Analyses of large, medium sized and small companies in various fields of industries and trade. Competitor analyses within several industries. Business Plan preparations with entrepreneurial teams in new ventures.

Mr. Savonen has presented, in the Helsinki Municipal Court, his third party opinion evaluating the analyzing procedures of commercial banks in the major case of Insolvency in Finland, the Eka Co-Operative. The Eka Co-Operative was among the four (4) largest companies in Finland.

Working Experience

Earlier Mr. Savonen was employed in Investment Banking, in Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital related projects.

He has also been employed in Finnish and US based Management Consulting projects preparing Qualitative Corporate Analyses and developing clients' Business Plans and Corporate Business Concepts as well as in sales and marketing training projects.

Further, in early 1980', Mr. Savonen had great success in the sales and marketing projects of Nokia Corporation and General Electric Information Services Company (GEISCO, MARK III -services).
